White Dinner Jacket I Do Neckwear

When etiquette allows for white, make a statement in this men’s white dinner jacket. It features a satin shawl collar, single button closure and flap pockets. Let’s get back to etiquette. Wondering when and how to wear this white tuxedo jacket? Traditionally, white jackets are reserved for tropical locations, cruise ships and summer months. That “don’t wear white after Labor Day” saying applies here, although younger generations are now introducing white to the red carpet, Prom and wedding attire.

The outfit for this white dinner jacket is the same as any black tie event. Pair it with a white tuxedo shirt, black bow tie and black or midnight blue pants. A black cummerbund can be added, as well. Add personality to your look with a pocket square. Black tie typically calls for a black or white pocket square in the breast pocket, but a tasteful pattern or pop of color is also appropriate.
