As far as the material, it is made from heavyweight and durable fabric. (We know how important durability is in kids’ ties.) The material has a gorgeous sheen that’s suited for formalwear. These aren’t particularly shiny ties, but they’re not matte either.

Since kids vary in size, you might want to do a quick measurement to ensure this tie is the best fit. Measure the child from the collar to the belt line. The length measured should be roughly between 14.5 and 17-inches long. Need a different size? For shorter lengths, try a pre-tied boys’ tie. For longer lengths, consider a men’s tie.
