This is a pre-tied bow tie for ease of use. The band collar adjusts to fit most neck sizes and will stay secure through a night of dancing. This bow tie is made from durable polyester in a medium weight. While this isn’t a particularly shiny bow tie, the finish has an elegant sheen that we really like for those formal occasions.
