Sunflower Necktie Designed by TieMart

While there’s nothing quite as gorgeous as a field of sunflowers in the late summer, we hope our sunflower necktie comes close. This design is our own. To create this tie, we took a photo of a sunflower and gave it a touch of artistic flair. The resulting sunflower is a mixture between a picture and a drawing. We love getting lost in the pattern of the sunflower seeds, and the yellow and orange flower petals are the perfect contrast against the dark blue background.

This is a great tie to wear on a summer or fall day (whenever sunflowers are blooming). Pair it with a crisp white dress shirt and tan slacks, or a gray, tan or navy blue suit.

As for the tie itself, it’s a standard men’s size measuring about 3.25-inches wide and 57-inches long. The sunflowers are scattered up the tie about 20-inches, so they cover the visible front length of the tie when worn. The remainder of the tie, and the entire back, is a solid, dark blue. This is a lighter weight tie and, if you look close, there is some subtle texture to the material.

This tie is designed, printed and dyed from our Mundelein, Illinois warehouse. The design is printed and permanently pressed directly onto a solid white necktie via dye sublimation. (This is not an embroidered or woven tie.) Color and placement of design may vary slightly from tie to tie. Because the ties are made to order, please allow up to three business days before shipment.
