Fishing Coloring Book Necktie Designed by TieMart

Spend more time fishing and less time DIYing this Father’s Day. This dream is possible when you pick up this fishing-themed coloring book tie. The white tie comes pre-outlined with fishing designs. All the kids have to do is color directly onto the tie with fabric markers or crayons. (More detailed directions are below.) We made the outlines large enough so even toddlers can color.

Let’s talk about tie details. The fishing design is only on the front. The back is solid white. The tie comes in a standard men’s 3.25-inch width and 57-inch length. This is a lighter weight tie and, if you look close, there is some subtle texture to the material.

P.S. There are other designs available, in case you have more than one child or want to color a tie for Grandpa, too.

Directions

Have the kids color directly on the tie with their favorite fabric markers or crayons (sold separately from your local craft or convenience store). We recommend following the directions on the fabric markers or crayons you purchase. Before starting, test the colors on the tie tail to see how the fabric reacts. Some markers will bleed more than others. If there are heat set instructions for the markers or crayons you purchased, we recommend following them to ensure that the colors do not bleed onto clothing when worn. Typically, you can put a piece of computer paper between an iron and the tie to set the colors. Some color will bleed onto the paper and the colored portions of the tie will feel smooth, less waxy, when set. Again, see instructions on your fabric markers or crayons.

This tie is designed, printed and dyed from our Mundelein, Illinois warehouse. The design is printed and permanently pressed directly onto a solid white necktie via dye sublimation. (This is not an embroidered or woven tie.) Color and placement of design may vary slightly from tie to tie. Because the ties are made to order, please allow up to three business days before shipment.
