Custom ties are designed, printed and dyed from our Mundelein, Illinois warehouse using dye sublimation. We print your custom design and then use a heat press to permanently dye it onto a pre-manufactured white necktie. (This is not an embroidered or woven tie.) Orders that contain more than 1 item are assigned processing periods for each item.
Prior to shipment, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've ordered. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that your order may be out of stock once the order is placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It must also be in the original packaging.
