As you should with any reusable face mask, please wash your custom face mask before wearing. The mask can be machine washed on cold. For washing machines with agitators, consider washing the face mask in a mesh laundry bag so the ear loops do not stretch or tangle. Reshape and lay flat to dry. A quick steam or iron will remove any wrinkles.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us due to the involvement of multiple parties including the factory and our warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that your order may be out of stock once the order is placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within 30 days, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
